Schengen Visa

It is preferable that crew requiring Schengen visa to embark/disembark vessels in Danish Waters, acquire their visa from Danish- or other Schengen country Embassy in crewmember’s home country. A multiple entry visa will allow them to travel in and out of Schengen in the given valid visa period.

In case crew member has no Schengen visa, or has no time to apply through Embassy, we can arrange an entry permit on arrival for embarking/disembarking crew and arrange “Ok to Board“. In this case onsigning crewmembers will have to travel directly to Copenhagen from outside Schengen area in order to arrange visa.
