The Suez Canal Authority has today decided to increase the surcharge on the Suez Canal Tolls for Crude (Tariff 1) and Product (Tariff 2) tankers.
This increase will be applicable for transits from the 1st April 2023 and onwards. For both tariffs the new surcharge is at 25% of Canal Tolls for Laden transits and 15% of Canal Tolls for Ballast transits.
