SCA Circular 02/2005 Reduction in Transit Tolls for VLCC's In Ballast Coming From America To The Arabian Gulf Article One Circular No. 7/2004 considering reduction in transit Tolls for VLCC's in ballast coming from America to the Arabian Gulf, shall be amended to read as follows: A) 20% reduction from the applicable SC transit tolls shall be offered to VLCC's - in ballast of 200.000 dwt and above, coming from the Gulf of Mexico, the Caribbean and the Nort Coast of South America. Article Two This circular takes effect as of 15/3/2006
