SCA Circular 06/2004 Concerning the Additional Discounts in S.C. Transit Dues For Excessive Crude Oil Quantities Transported Via the Suez Canal Article One Item(1) of Articel two, Circular 7/96 concerning the additional discounts given to excessive oil quantites transported by one individual client, in the same calendar year, shall be canceled. Article Two This circular takes effect as of 1/2/2005
