SCA Circular 07/2004 Reduction in Transit Dues VLCC's in Ballast Coming From America To The Arabian Gulf Article One Circular No. 435615 concerning reduction in transit dues for VLCC's in ballast coming from America to the Arabian Gulf, shall be amended to be as follows: In ballast VLCC's of 200.000 dwt and above shall be granted the following reductions in S. C. Transit dues: A. 35% reduction in the applicable S. C. transit dues shall be offered to the VLCC's coming from the Gulf of Mexico. B. 40% reduction in the applicable S. C. transit dues shall be offered to the VLCC's coming from the Caribbean zone and the North Coast of South America. Article Two This circular takes effect as of 1/2/2005
