With reference to the long-haul vessels that had been granted rebates and had transited the Suez Canal prior to Circular 4/98 dated November 1, 1998, you are kindly requested to provide the SCA with the relevant documents of the trip before April 30, 1999. However, failure to do this will jeopardize the offered rebate, and documents that are received after the said date shall not be considered.

Moreover for the benefit of SCA clients, regulations and conditions of long-haul rebate requests should be strictly observed.

The client’s name and address, (owner, operator, manager of charterer) should be duly included, and any misleading information in this regard will render the rebate invalid.
