Concerning vessels carrying containers only

To attract and encourage the movement of containers through the Suez Canal, it has been decided to treat any vessel carrying only containers as F.C.C. (fully cellular container vessel) so far as the rate of S.C. Tolls and the surcharge of the ratio on upper deck are concerned.

However documents concerning containers stwoed on deck & under deck, together with a statement duly signed by the Master/Operator, Owner are to be presented acknowledging that the shipment is solely composed of containers.

The aforementioned rules are in effect as from 9/9/1995.
